These terms apply to purchases from Bin Feng / Suitman Club (the “Studio”) through this website. Contact suitmanbinfeng@outlook.com with questions before ordering.

Artworks and orders

Product descriptions, images, availability, and the price displayed at checkout describe the item and order offered at that time. Hand-painted works may have natural individual variations. A description of a limited series of 500 for a design does not mean that individual works are numbered or that the website tracks a numbered edition for you.

Submitting an order does not by itself guarantee acceptance. The Studio may contact you if a product cannot be supplied or an order needs clarification; if an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, the Studio will provide an appropriate refund. Applicable taxes and the full order total are shown during checkout. Payment is processed through the payment option actually available at checkout.

Delivery and cancellation

Orders are offered only for eligible civilian delivery addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses and destinations outside the United States are not supported. Complimentary insured shipping is included. See the Shipping Policy for dispatch and delivery estimates, customs handling, and delays.

Before shipment, contact the Studio to request cancellation. If a promised dispatch time cannot be met, the Studio will notify you of the revised timing and provide the choice to accept it or cancel for a refund, subject to applicable law.

After shipment

After shipment, purchases are final sale for changes of mind or personal preferences. This does not remove your rights or remedies for damage, defects, the wrong item, carrier-confirmed loss, or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Website and contact

Website text, photographs, and artwork images remain the property of their respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission. Product and policy information may be updated for future orders. The version presented when you order governs that order except where applicable law requires otherwise.
