Bin Feng / Suitman Club offers complimentary insured shipping to eligible civilian addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept orders for APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses or delivery outside the United States. Contact suitmanbinfeng@outlook.com if you need help with an address before ordering.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

In-stock items shipping from New York are normally dispatched within three business days. Items fulfilled from existing inventory in China are expected to arrive in approximately 30–45 days. Made-to-order works normally need one to two weeks of production before approximately 30–45 days of transit. These estimates depend on the item and destination; remote delivery in Alaska or Hawaii may take additional time. The Studio may coordinate split delivery for larger orders without an automatic extra shipping fee.

The Studio arranges customs and import clearance for shipments from China and pays normal import-related fulfillment costs. Customers do not need to arrange clearance or pay those normal costs separately.

Updates and problems in transit

If we cannot meet a promised dispatch time, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, subject to applicable law. We will share available tracking or delivery updates when provided by the carrier.

If a package is damaged or appears lost, email the Studio with your order details and reasonable supporting evidence. For damage, photographs of the artwork and packaging are helpful. The Studio handles the carrier and insurance claim; you are not expected to resolve the entire claim with the carrier yourself. See the Returns / Refund Policy for the remedy.
